STAY AWAY! TOTAL SCAM! The so-called "Canadian office" is just an empty storefront! I had a terrible experience. They offer a service to "custom build your own bouquet". I provided clear instructions on the flowers and colors I wanted, along with the vase arrangement. I placed my order on May 10, 2022, for delivery on May 17, 2022—plenty of time to get everything, right? What I got was completely wrong: different flowers, the wrong colors, an incorrect vase, and they even threw in a white funeral bow! I made it clear it was for a birthday celebration. I forked out $130, which came to $160 with tax and delivery. I reached out twice via email with photos asking for half my money back, but they never bothered to reply. The bouquet I received was worth no more than $40. Seriously, just RUN!

I made my purchase on Wednesday, July 14, expecting it to arrive on either July 15 or 16. The total for my order was $160. I had been in touch with a staff member who confirmed that they do deliver to Ocean City, NJ. However, I found out late Friday night that my order never showed up. A guy reached out to me on Saturday, saying my order was overlooked. He mentioned it was a mistake, which I understand, but this was a really important delivery for me. Please double-check your orders. I'm really bummed out.

The flower selection was lacking. It looked cheap, even though it wasn't exactly low-priced. Overall, it felt like a poor value and the presentation was lacking. I gave a 3-star rating because Floriat did manage to get the colors right—pure white—and they delivered it to the right funeral home on time.

Now, about the vendor's response. Order number? Seriously? After waiting four months? Did I mention it at the time? That’s a pretty self-centered question. Can you picture me calling you after hours to complain about the floral arrangement you made for my order? What could I do when it was just a one-night viewing? Disappointment in a vendor's product or service doesn’t outweigh the grief I was feeling.

Where was it sent? Smiths, Burlington, ON. The facts remain unchanged. I didn’t receive what I ordered. It looked cheap, but the color was right, and it was delivered on time to the correct location. Thanks for your concern, but I think a 3-star review is quite fair.

The flowers I received came without the vase that was supposed to be included, and there were only half the number of blooms that were advertised. I'm really let down. Plus, they didn’t respond to any of my messages to customer service. Totally unacceptable.
